What this lesson shows
The seven days written in order around a loop, so Sunday comes again after Saturday. Yesterday is the day before today, and tomorrow the day after.
The worked example
The lesson works this one step by step: Wednesday (question 1). Then your kid tries one like it on paper.
The steps
- Sunday to Saturday
- Then Sunday again
- Tomorrow: the day after
- Yesterday: the day before
Helping at home
Read each box aloud. Your kid touches each day in the row and says its name, then finds today: tomorrow is the next day, yesterday the one before. After Saturday, follow the arrow back to Sunday.
If your kid gets stuck
Find today. Tomorrow is the day after; yesterday, the day before.
Watch it with Lux
With Lux, this lesson is a narrated video and a printed page your kid works on. Then Lux helps with the same math on their own worksheet, one question at a time.
